oin the Belgian Bailliage of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs for its annual Garden Gala at Château du Mylord, the grand finale of our September weekend. At 11:00, we celebrate the Intronisation Ceremony for new members and promotions, followed at 12:00 by a Chant d’Éole garden reception and a five-course gastronomic lunch. This tradition was initiated by our Conseiller Culinaire Jean-Baptiste Thomaes and is now organised by Maître Rôtisseur Martin Simonnard, the young creative chef of Château du Mylord.
